Here I am - I might have been smiling , but I was desperately unhappy inside.
I wanted to feel & look better, whilst eating normal food. I don't have time to shop, or cook for different 'way out' there ingredients. And the foods needed to fit into family life as well.
Nothing I did worked anymore & it's soul destroying when that happens.

12 weeks ago I embarked on a programme of nutrition and exercise with Claire. Being menopausal, I don’t really recognise myself anymore and suffer from all the symptoms under the sun. I’d just started HRT, so was a bit all over the place, but for the first time in a long time was feeling that the
extreme fatigue I had been experiencing for the last year might actually be fading.
I’ve always been really conscious that my Dad had two heart attacks in his late 50s. It was hanging over me as I approached turning 50 because I knew I was heading in the same direction. I knew Ineeded to make some changes. Passing this age milestone and getting menopause symptoms under
control was a real catalyst for me to make a change.
Having done a weekly pilates class with Claire for the last year I’d built a rapport with her. I trust her judgement and expertise - she knows what she is talking about. We chatted informally about what I wanted to achieve, how she could potentially help, what the expectations would be and, of course, the cost.
I needed something that I could tackle steadily, would push me, hold me accountable, challenge my habits and encourage better choices. Something that would slot into my life and not be just another thing ‘to do’.
I wanted to learn how to eat properly and exercise with weights without injuring myself. So, would I recommend?
Yes absolutely. The programme gives you a fantastic foundation in balancing your nutritional needs. Claire is with you 100% of the way, answering questions, helping you figure out what works for you, which keeps motivation levels high while you are making adjustments.
Is it cheap?
No. But it is great value and really does come down to what price do you personally put on your health and wellbeing. For me it was about making an investment in myself and my future, and having structure and accountability, so for me it was 100% worth every penny. I know I am reaping
the benefits and will continue to do so.
As Claire says, you get out of it what you are prepared to put in. If you know you are the kind of person that will commit to something and see it through, go for it. I can confirm, if you put in the effort and are consistent with it, you will see and feel the results.

There's lots of 'noise' around 'out there' about what exercises to do. It's no wonder that most ladies are confused, no matter what their age.
And ladies doing endless cardio is not the answer to getting leaner & changing your shape (whatever age you are).
If you want a leaner, sculpted body then you need to do resistance training, this can be using your own body weight, weights, or small equipment like bands & balls etc.
And it's not just about how you look, as these types of exercises are essential for you to lift & carry at home, help to prevent falls & everyday life stuff.
This becomes even more important as you get older, as it's so important to hang on to the muscle you have & try to improve it, along with our bone density (to prevent brittle bones, osteoporosis & osteopenia)
And before you ask, you aren't going to get 'big & bulky'. What most ladies don't realise is that resistance training improves your heart health, as well as burning a ton of calories when you're doing it and after.
And you don't have to go to the gym, as all the programmes can be done from the comfort of your living room. Or you may choose to do them in the gym - up to you.

It's so important to enjoy your exercises , as then you'll keep doing them. If your thing is something else like cycling, great - do that but also combine it with resistance training to get all the benefits.

11. Client shall provide at least a two (2) week notice to Coach if client wishes to discontinue coaching services. No refunds or transfers will be made if either the coach or client terminates services.
