I love eating this and had forgotton all about it until I made it for one of my sons last week.

Cook 200gms brown pasta (drain)

Add a can of tuna, handful of sweetcorn and or peas.

Plus 3 tablespoons of light mayonnaise.

Season and mix.

Serve with lots of spinach of course.

Lovely, healthy & quick and is back in my faves now 🙂
