You might say seeing awful photos of yourself.
Or not much at the moment!
Or you might say that you’ve eaten so much food.
That you can feel it around your waistline and you need to do something to get rid of it.
Don’t get me wrong, I don’t like terrible photos either (I’ve got a few of those 😉 )
But once you’re on a healthy eating plan and exercising consistently.
You can get motivated by seeing progress picccys AND measuring yourself.
It’s easy to look in the mirror and not notice any differences.
As you’re so used to seeing yourself.
But if you take photos you can actually notice a difference.
Especially to those trouble areas like thighs, waist & upper arms.
If you take your measurements once a month, it’s so motivating to see them go down !
Mine tend to go down every other month.
Remember it’s consistency NOT perfection in eating healthily and exercising that will transform your body shape.
How you feel will change as well – you’ll notice that you’re getting stronger by being able to do more of the same exercise.
You feel ‘fitter’.
You start to feel more confident- it shows in the way you are with friends and what you choose to wear.
You may be able to fit into old clothes that are smaller.
Or even better, you can start wearing shorter skirts or that bikini you’ve always wanted.
