Shape up and ‘see some differences’ healthy eating is key

(You will probably know that it’s 80% healthy eating & 20% exercise).

It’s so important to do something you enjoy exercise wise AND start making small changes to how you’re eating.

Here’s some of my top tips  ;

1. Often it’s best just to focus on one thing first.

2. So start beginning to make healthier choices or ‘swaps’

3. Look at what you’re putting in your mouth.

4.When you go out what are your favourites? What is your portion size like?

5. No ones saying you can’t go out , or enjoy some of your favourite foods but consistency is key, (80% of the time making healthier choices) & will make a massive difference.

You then start to enjoy the healthier choices and it becomes a lifestyle, rather than trying to chase the next ‘quick fix’ or ‘fad diet.’

Then you can start adding in exercise – start with moving more ( this doesn’t mean an all or nothing beasting in the gym).

It could be adding in an extra Pilates workout per week.

Or taking the stairs everytime , standing more, getting off your bus a stop early and walking,  or introducing a short walk 2-3 times per week.

Then increase the amount, or add in some different types of exercise.
