It’s about finding what you can do without aggravating the problem.
This often means having a choice of exercises & workouts.
How do I know?
I had a knee Problem about 10 ten years ago.
It was so bad I couldn’t run & just hobbled everywhere.
And I was in a lot of pain.
I ended up having a knee op.
This didn’t fix it – it was slightly better though.
I had to change my workouts – I don’t run and I m really careful about the exercises I do.
I can still squat & lunge – I make sure that I do it slowly & properly ( which gives you better results anyway 😉).
Why am I telling you this?
To inspire you- even if you have an injury.
Of course you will follow your doctor ‘s/physician’s advice.
But often exercise is encouraged.
