Try a couple of these each day and see if you feel any different
1. Get rid of processed foods- if you can’t say out loud what’s in it, ditch it.
2. Limit the gin & tonics (or whatever you like drinking). They’re empty calories & make you want to eat more.
3.Don’t exclude any food groups unless they make you ill.
4. 3 meals a day or 6 little ones? Up to you- I get really hungry between meals, so have healthy snacks.
5. Drink lots & lots of water (between 2-3 litres each day). It’s great for your skin too!
6. Protein should be your best friend- think eggs eggs eggs
7. Keep moving- walk around, stand instead of sitting, take the stairs, get off the bus a stop early and walk.
Everything counts to burning more of those calories and getting leaner.
