That is so not true.
You can reduce it, or even get rid of it all by eating healthily and doing women specific exercises.
I’ve been doing exactly that and I’ve nearly got rid of mine.
Honestly no gimmicks or fads.
And I feel fantastic and am in my best shape ever.
