Attack cellulite by doing specific exercises .

Cellulite specific exercises  stimulate the muscles, underneath those trouble zones, which helps you firm and tone up from inside to outside.

You don’t have to be a gym bunny.

Start doing leg exercises if you’re worried about your thighs. Slow down your leg exercises; think side lying leg lift & circles, donkey kicks on all 4’s & fire hydrants to name a few. Add in some resistance using ankle weights or mini bands.

If you’re not used to exercising that’s fine, you just build up slowly from one session a week to three in your own time.

The great thing is you can do these exercises at home, or at the gym and they work.

How do I know?

Because my cellulites nearly gone –  And I’m not the only one that’s had great results, I’m part of a closed group of women, who have all experienced the same.

You also need to look at your diet as this can really help in attacking the fat.
