Attack cellulite by doing specific exercises . Try these for your legs.

I ve been doing this, the exercises can be done at home – they take about 20 minutes.

I’ve been training in the gym for years, but I think the reason that I haven’t managed to shift the cellulite until now, is because I do general exercises with weights, that obviously aren’t focused on busting my cellulite.

Cellulite specific exercises  stimulate the muscles, underneath those trouble zones, so you will firm and tone up from inside to outside.

You don’t have to be a gym bunny.

If you’re not used to exercising that’s fine, you just build up from one session a week to three in your own time.

The great thing is you can do these exercises at home, or at the gym and they work.

How do I know?

Because my cellulites nearly gone –  And I’m not the only one that’s had great results, I’m part of a closed group of women, who have all experienced the same.

You also need to look at your diet as this can really help in attacking the fat.
