What do I spend alot of time talking with my friends about – yes you’ve guessed it- getting leaner, fitter and more toned.
It’s not about being a weight lifter and having massive, bulky muscles.
It’s about getting into the best shape you can and for most of us we want to banish our fat and have lean, sculpted muslces.
Or you might want to actually put on lean muscle to have a more shapely figure.
My goal is to look leaner, banish my cellulite forever and look equally good with my clothes on or off.
Too many women seem to accept that as you get older (35 +), you just have to put up with weight increase around our waists, a bum growing bigger very month, with the tummy doing the same. Not to mention less energy, more tiredness , coupled with food cravings.
You don’t just have to put up with it.
That couldn’t be further from the truth. If you eat healthily (and know what & when to eat), and do specific exercises, this will combat all those depressing changes I ve talked about, and not only will you feel great you’ll be in the best shape ever.
