Pilates & cake weekend retreats are a bit different to your normal retreat, there's no umming & ahhing here or sound gongs.

Instead you're going to enjoy a lovely, relaxed weekend in beautiful surroundings , with fun activities , giggles (hopefully), lots of movement & daily mindfulness, plus some wine mixed in.

Dartmoor venue- Elegant manor house set right in the moors with stunning views

Somerset venue- Breathtaking 17th century converted barn with it's own swimming pool

Nourish your body with locally grown delicious food, with hearty homemade lunches, dinners , snacks (yummy cakes) & puds.

Take a dip in the hot tub, or the onsite pool (Somerset), which is for the retreats exclusive use, or sit in the secluded gardens and listen. There's no noise.

Let yourself enjoy your surroundings fully.

Have fun with activities like wine tasting & guided walks. Relax in the evenings with your favourite wine if you wish (you're welcome to bring your own).

Snooze away in the beautiful twin bedrooms, all with en-suite bathrooms.
