This is a great little exercise for your pelvic floor muscles.
You can do this daily, but make sure you don’t pull up or in too hard.
And of course Pilates is excellent for your pelvic floor muscles, as well as all the other great benefits – this is just some ‘icing on the cake’, if you want to do a little extra .
