I look in my fridge and bung this delicious little salad together.
Here’s how to make one of my favourite cheap easy chicken dinner ideas.
Throw a couple of handfuls of spinach on my plate (or lunchbox if I’m taking it ‘on the go’).
Added 50gms feta, 100gms cooked chicken
And a sliced avacado plus 2 cooked slices of bacon
Squeeze of lemon juice & milled black pepper
Lovely as it’s really tasty too.
