Bet most of you said tea or coffee.

I always used to have tea – without fail.

Then I’d carry on through the day drinking more and more cups.

But now I have this.

It’s fresh, cut up ginger, about half a lemon – I squeeze out some of the juice first, then throw it in – then add boiled water.

You can always add a little honey if you need to sweeten it.

(If you’re worried about the lemon juice on your teeth- drink it through a straw!)

Why is it great ?

It boosts your digestive system and circulation.

Helping your body get rid of toxins and breaking your fat down.

Tastes great once you get used to it.

Makes you feel super healthy as well.

And the weird thing is – it stops me wanting to drink so much tea throughout the day.

Now I have about 3 cups of tea daily.

The rest of the time I drink cold water.

Or I have hot water on its own – people think that’s just weird.

But you get used to it, it increases your water intake and the fact it’s hot makes it somehow nicer to drink.

And it stops you drinking more tea & coffee.
