Speedy salmon salad

This one is super easy, healthy & quick.

It’s great for a quick lunch, or for taking to work (I do both)

Tastes great and makes you feel sooo healthy.

Cook 1/2 cup wholemeal pasta.

While that’s cooking chop about a 1/4 cucumber in long sticks.

Take 100gms cottage cheese and place in spoonfuls on your plate.

Add 50 gms smoked salmon.

Chop up 1/2 avacado – put on plate as well.

Add drained, cooked & cooled pasta. Season with pepper.

Can add fresh dill if you fancy.

Squeeze over some lemon juice. Done.

To make more healthy & filling eat with some fresh spinach leaves.

I just mix it all in together and it tastes yummy!
