One whole day to focus on you, just you.
And if you feel guilty about taking some time out DON'T. Your body & mind will thank you & self-care is so important in our ever increasing 'busy lives.'
And it would be hard to find more tranquil & calm surroundings, as all my day retreats are held at Buckfast Abbey. The Abbey & gardens are breathtaking, as soon as you step into the gounds you can feel the 'peacefulness.'
Feel re-energsised through movement, connecting your whole body. Enjoy the stretches & mindfulness, allowing yourself to let go of your stress & 'switch off' completely.
Nourish your body with locally sourced food , prepared from scratch.
Lunch always includes a selection of savoury delights & salads plus a lovely pudding.
Spoil yourself - it's your day.
Explore the beautiful grounds. And indulge your creative side by taking part in the craft activity. Doesn't matter if you think you're rubbish at crafts - give it a go.
It's nothing too difficult & always great after lunch to keep you awake, it's been specially chosen so you can 'lose yourself' in it. And you may even learn a new skill - what's not to love? !!
Leave your day feeling that your body & mind have been restored from head to toe, nourished from inside out.

These are ladies only day retreats, suitable for all ages & abilities. It doesn't matter if you're completely new to Pilates.

If the day is full you will be notified & placed on the waiting list.
Each day will have different Pilates sessions & a different craft focus. You can come to one day, two or all of them (hope you do!)
Spaces are limited & will be allocated on a 'first come first serve basis.'

Your Pilates One Day Retreat will be led by retreat leader Claire with a little help from a local 'crafter.'

You will need to bring a mat for the Pilates sessions & bottle of water. Plus a blanket for the mindfulness.
If the craft needs an apron, you'll be asked to bring one in your retreat email sent before your day.

10.30am Energising Pilates, lets move,focus & connect your whole body, have fun & enjoy it.
11.45am Now it's time to stretch & unwind. Let go of any stress & concentrate on YOU
12.30 Yummy Buffet Lunch with pud.
13.30 Time to explore the gardens & 'walk off' a bit of lunch .
14.00 Let's get creative ! Find or surprise yourself with your creative passion.
14.45 Tea/coffee break,finish off craft
15.30 Final stretchy session with mindfulness
16.45/17.00 Finish & goodbyes
