Here’s 5 great reasons;
1. You can work out anywhere- on holiday, away with work, at work. Take a band with you for some resistance.
2. They’re efficient (and free) – you don’t need to stop and change the weight or wait for a bit of equipment.
You can just crack on through your exercises (keeping your heart rate up) and adding more as you get stronger and quicker.
3. They blast body fat – you can work major muscle groups at the same time, switching easily between different parts of the body, with little to no rest .
4. They train your brain- You’re thinking about the exercise you’re doing, as your brain is communicating with your muscles to get that perfect form and motion.
You’re more likely to think about that ‘mind to muscle’ connection and then getter better results ( think about the muscle you’re working).
5. They improve your balance and help to prevent injury. They strengthen your joints by taking them through their range of motion naturally.
