I ve got just the thing for you ! A Pilates session with PilatesClaire to energise you, followed by mindfulness, to relax, unwind & re-connect with your body (a necessity at any time of year).

Then it's time to relax even more, whilst you sip 'a glass of bubbles' and watch the lovely Caitlin, from 'Olive & Bloom' show you how to create this stunning masterpiece.

Then let your creativity flow ( you'll surprise yourself, even if you think you're not that creative).

This is a ladies only event, suitable for all ages & abilities. It doesn't matter if you're completely new to Pilates.

6pm Let's start our Pilates session focusing on our bodies through movement & connection- all whilst having fun

7pm Stretch out & start to unwind, letting go of any stress, followed by mindfulness

7.30pm It's time to be shown what you're going to make, whilst sipping 'a free glass of bubbles.'

8pm Now it's your turn to be creative & start your masterpiece

8.50pm Time to place that last stem or flower,  & think about heading home.

Booking Terms & Conditions

1. Full payment for the Pliates, Bubbles & Blooms event must be made at the time of booking to secure your space. Spaces can not be reserved without payment. You must state your date preference on booking, this date can not be transferred after booking.

2.All bookings once made are non refundable & non transferable. Over 18's only.

3.Spaces are limited & allocated on a 'first come first serve basis'. Your space will be confirmed via email when payment is received (during office hours, please allow up to 24 hours for confirmation). 

4.The event booking form must be completed & submitted as soon as possible on confirmation of payment (this will be included in your confirmation email). 

5. All payments & booking forms for the Easter Pilates, Bubbles & Blooms' event must be submitted by the 14th February 2026. Any bookings after this time will depend on availability & be at the discretion of Pilatesclaire. 

6.Cancellations on or before the Pilates, Bubbles & Blooms event will incur a 100% fee of the total cost (£57).

7.You agree that you are physically fit and healthy to take part in the Pilates, Bubbles & Blooms event. It is your responsibility to consult with your Doctor prior to attending the day. 

8.The fresh flowers, foliage & materials are dependant on seasonal availability for the fresh flower table arrangements. The pictures shown above are examples only.

9.If the Pilates, Bubbles & Blooms event is fully booked you will be notified & placed on a waiting list. A smiliar event may be offerred, depending on demand. If your name is on the waiting list, you will be offerred a space on this event. Should last minute spaces become available, you will notified by email.

10.PilatesClaire reserves the right to cancel bookings at any time if guests are found to be disruptive, rude, obstructive, abusive and/or break the terms of the booking terms & conditions. In such circumstances, guests will be required to vacate the venue immediately and no refund will be payable to the guest/s for the unexpired part of the event. 

11.Pilatesclaire & Olive and Bloom accepts no responsibility or liability whatsoever for loss/damage of personal property at the event. Vehicles, accessories and contents are left at the owner’s risk. The venue is used at your own risk.

12.PilatesClaire holds no responsibility for guests unable to attend the Pilates, Bubbles & Blooms event due to extreme weather or traffic conditions (i.e. snow, flooding, wind, road congestion etc.) No refunds or transfers will be offerred in these circumstances.

13. Each guest will be offerred 'a free glass of bubbles' which will be either a glass of processo, or a glass of lemonade. There is no monetary alternative for this. 

14.Guests are not permitted to bring their own alcoholic drinks to the event.

Pilatesclaire reserves the right to adjust the booking terms & conditions at any time.
