Picked for their tranquil & calm surroundings, my day retreat locations just invite you to relax.
Feel re-energsised through movement, connecting your whole body. Enjoy the stretches & mindfulness, allowing yourself to let go of your stress & 'switch off' completely.
Nourish your body with locally sourced food , prepared from scratch.
Lunch always includes a selection of savoury delights & salads plus a little something 'sweet' for afters.
Spoil yourself - it's your day.
Explore your beautiful surroundings. And indulge your creative side by taking part in the craft activity. Doesn't matter if you think you're rubbish at crafts - give it a go.
It's nothing too difficult & always great after lunch to keep you awake, it's been specially chosen so you can 'lose yourself' in it. And you may even learn a new skill - what's not to love? !!
Leave your day feeling that your body & mind have been restored from head to toe, nourished from inside out.
Throughout the day have fun, giggles (hopefully) & enjoy chatting to like minded ladies.
These are ladies only day retreats, suitable for all ages & abilities. It doesn't matter if you're completely new to Pilates.

Dietary requirements & food intolerances can be accomodated if notified in advance.
Each day will have different Pilates sessions & a different craft theme. You can come to one day, two or all of them (hope you do!)
Spaces are limited & will be allocated on a 'first come first serve basis.'

Your Pilates One Day Retreat will be led by retreat leader Claire with a little help from a 'crafty person.'
For MAY 2026 we have a lovely NEW painting craft. This one is really relaxing, super easy to do & is a real joy to make.
And to make it really special we're going to frame it for you.
At the end of the day you can take home your wonderful creation, for all your family & friends to admire.

Your One Day Pilates Retreat

You will need to bring a mat for the Pilates sessions & bottle of water. Plus a blanket for the mindfulness.
If the craft needs an apron, you'll be asked to bring one in your retreat email sent before your day.

10am Arrival & refreshments. Start to get to know your fellow 'one dayers'
10.30am Energising Pilates, lets move,focus & connect your whole body, have fun & enjoy it.
11.50am Now it's time to stretch & unwind. Let go of any stress & concentrate on YOU
12.30 Yummy Buffet Lunch with a sweet treat after
13.30 Free time to explore the area & 'walk off' a bit of lunch with Claire (weather permitting).
14.30 Let's get creative. Immerse yourself in the mindful activity & have fun.
15.15 Tea/coffee break.
15.30 Keeping the creativity flowing, there's plenty of time to work on your project.
16.30 Final mindfulness session (if time allows). Or you may still be 'finishing' your masterpieces.
16.45/17.00 Finish & goodbyes
