Have fun with the wine tasting , get out into nature when Whizzy & Little Rosie show you the nearby fields & tucked away lanes. Relax in the evenings with your favourite wine if you wish (you're welcome to bring your own).

This beautiful converted barn & grounds are near Wellington, in Somerset. It's about a 30 minute drive by car from Exeter, or about 15 mins from Taunton.
Trains run direct from Bristol and London to Taunton, where a taxi can be booked to take you to this lovely venue.

Wow what a space that's flooded with light
Stay in tastefully decorated rooms, with crisp, white, comfy, bedding. All rooms have twin beds & are ensuite.
Nourish your body & soul with our own private chef Sandy, who is a retreat specialist caterer.
She grows a lot of the produce she will be bringing with her & making everything from scratch, transforming the foods into amazing healthy & nutritious dishes for you.
We will munch our way through all the amazing fruits & veggies as we go through the weekend.
And daily Pilates means that we can spoil ourselves as well, with lovely puds & treats

The retreat location is easy to get to - there's likely to be a lot of people travelling locally, who will be happy to share lifts.
Or it's just over 2 hours by train from London, just over 30 mins on the train from Bristol to Taunton (depending on which one you catch) plus a 15 minute cab ride.

Pilates & Cake Winter Weekend Retreat
8th-10th November 2024
Stay in tastefully decorated rooms, with crisp, white, comfy, bedding. All rooms are twin rooms & are ensuite.
Prices are £550 per person based on two sharing.
A non refundable deposit of £150 secures your place, the remaining £400 can be paid by 3 instalments, or a lump sum, with remaining balance paid on the 30th September 2024.
Last minute bookings (on or after the 30th September 2024)if available, require the full cost of the retreat to be paid in full (£550 per person).
There are a limited number of rooms on the ground floor, with the rest of the bedrooms being accessible by stairs only. If you require a ground floor room, please request this at time of booking.

Whizzy & Little Rosie
Daily Pilates & mindfulness with Retreat Leader Claire (Pilatesclaire), all tasty & nutritious food, accomodation, guided walk with the Shetlands & wine tasting.
Travel to this lovely, nestled away retreat location, although I'm sure you can share lifts if you're local & you will be 'put in touch,' with anyone travelling your way, if there's space.
Taxi's from the railway station are an extra cost.
Wine or your favourite alcohol, you're welcome to bring some with you if you fancy a tipple with lunch or dinner!
Optional extras like massages/treatments.

Friday
3.30pm Arrival. Refreshments & scrummy cake to get you into the weekend vibe & meet your fellow 'retreatians.'
4.30pm Stretchy Pilates & mindfulness. Flow into the weekend & start to unwind. And there may be time for a quick 'dip' before dinner.
7.30pm Dinner- tasty food prepared just for you with pud of course
9pm Chat, laugh & get to know each other a bit more with wine (if you wish)
Saturday
9.15am Breakfast - homemade treats await with you with locally baked artisan bread, homemade jams, marmalades & delicious healthy options for you foodies
10.30 Rise & shine with Pilates, start moving your body, enjoying it & have some fun. Finish with some lovely stretches & mindfulness
12.30 Lunch - Another delicious tasty dish with yes you've guessed it, pud.
2pm - It's time for the guided walk with Shetlands Whizzy & Little Rosie (weather permitting), if you want to.
Enjoy getting out into nature and walking with the ponies. Discover tucked away places & lanes. Feel rejuvenated in the countryside air. (The length of the walk will depend on how Whizzy & little Rosie are feeling !)
3.30pm - Scrummy cake break followed by free time. Sit by the pool, read, or take a dip in the pool or hot tub, just pure relaxation whatever you choose
7pm Dinner - hearty wholesome food to tantilise your taste buds, with a decadent pud.
8.30pm Wine Tasting - have a go at being a 'real' connoisseur, ask all the 'wine' questions you've thought about, which your friends or family have no hope of answering.
Sunday
8am - Quick pit stop to keep those hunger pangs at bay
8.45am Get up & move, more enjoyable Pilates, with some mindfulness to finish the session
10.30am Lazy brunch - it's a Sunday after all, enjoy the amazing choices on offer, feel re-energised & nourished. Relax & chat. Immerse yourself in the beautiful surroundings one last time.
2 pm - Final get together to say 'Goodbye'
2.30pm Depart - how can the time go so quickly? Say goodbye to all the lovely ladies - see you back soon?!
