Improvise if you don’t have all the equipment you need.
I often use a chair instead of a step – it’s harder as it’s higher anyway.
Just check the chair is sturdy & can support your weight.
And when I go away I use filled water bottles instead of weights for resistance.
I always have my skipping rope with me – it’s a great way to ‘lean’ out and is a great exercise wherever you are.
Another easy ,cheap & take with you anywhere option are resistance bands – buy the sturdy ones that have different weights.
