Heard the saying ‘abs are made in the kitchen?’
It’s true.
How do I know?
Because I ‘ve lost belly fat.
And my tummy has got alot flatter, since following a heathy eating plan.
I’ve had two kids as well, which doesn’t help.
And I am really chuffed that I’ve got a bit more definition.
Yet another reason, for starting that healthy eating plan.
So if you’re struggling to fit in another workout, concentrate on your healthy eating instead.
Remember it’s 80 percent what you put in your mouth & 20 percent exercise.
